the cool '92 back seats

I've heard a lot about these 92 and later back seats with pockets in the arm rests, and i have an 88. First are these armrests actually on the seats or are the wheel well type arm rests and if they aren't are the back seats interchangeable between a 92 and 88?

I think you are talking about the compartments in the side panels next to the rear seat. They have a flip top that is the armrest when closed. Not part of the seat. My kids flip them open closed and make me crazy.

I can't wait til I'm old and can make them crazy.

very nice call. Damn you ford for not thinking of that 4 years earlier. Thanks for the info, I had the feeling that's what it was.

When I bought the truck I didn't even know they were their. I thought the kids were breakin **** again.
