4x4 shifter boot

If you don't have any luck with local yards, and you are in a hurry, check the LMC truck catalog. In the winter edition, page 39, they offer a transfer case shift boot, part 40-1914, fits 80-86. Price is huge, 179. ? My first inclanation was this was a type, but checking the boot price on the 4spd shifter boot, it is almost as much. What are these things made of anyway? Are they that hard to find?
