HELP! need your opinion...

Sorry to bring this up, i know it is kind of a worn out subject on here but i would like some professional opinions. No this is not just like the other posts 300 vs. 302... but here it goes. I currently own a 96 f150 extended cab short bed with a 300 I6, e4od auto tranny, and 3.31 limited slip rear end. The engine as well as the entire truck currently has 180,000 hard worked miles on it and never been in an accident. It is basically bone stock except for KnN air filter and cut-off exhaust pipe behind the second cat. I have never had a problem with it at all except just recently it needed a new torque converter. Other than that the truck is in perfect working and cosmetic condition. The opinion i need is if i should buy my uncles truck from him before he trades it in on a new 05 f150. He is the origional owner of 95 f150 regular cab short bed with 302 V8, manual trans, and 3.08 rear end. His engine has 101,000 miles on it. (90% hwy miles) Like mine, his has never been in an accident and is in excellent mechanical/cosmetic condition. It too is bone stock, origional clutch, spare tire, and even brakes! (Yes hard to believe, but it has origional factory brakes with about 30% pad left) The interior looks right off show room floor, (He lives by himself and i don't think anyone has EVER sat in the middle or passenger seats) and the exterior shows no signs of rust and like i said is totally flawless. (the bed has never ben used!... kinda defeats the purpose of a truck, but oh well) He babied this truck since the day he took it home. He is planning on practially giving it to me because the dealership won't give him much for trade in anyway, So the question is, what should i do? buy his truck and sell mine, or just keep the one i got and let him trade in his completly perfect truck for pennines? I would love to keep both, one for work one for play, but in my situation it is either one or the other...

Thanks to everyone for your replies...

BTW-- The only thing i ever use the truck for is hauling my dirt bike around, fishing/hunting/camping gear, and the occasional weekened work around the farm (i.e. small trailer and equiptment, and about twice a year a small bass boat/trailer.)

Take the 95 and ask no more questions.
Besides, the 95s are OBDI and are usually less of a hassle to modify.

Pristine, manual tranny, less miles, family owned

Not saying you should, but it sounds good, and I think I would
