A friend of mine installed it on his truck a year ago, and will be removing it this summer to sell on e-bay. While it's worked okay for him, like most speed density systems (map sensor instead of MAF) it doesn't really like his wild cam.
I've played with it a little bit, and it's not difficult to use or wire up, but it really depends on the engine configuration. A mild street build it's great. For something a lot more wild, you can tune it of course but it requires a lot more effort.
