I just got rid of my 81 bronco and i picked up a 90.when i was at the beach the other day i tried to pull a explorer out of the sand but i started to dig myself in alittle so insteasd of 2 trucks getting stuck i decided that i was going to get the rope off.so when i went to back up i could not go anywhere.what could that problem be?it has 33" tires on it.
good be motor out of tune, tranny needing service or rebuilt or gears since you running larger then stock wheels. start with the cheap and easy first. congrats
What brand of plugs and wires should i get?and should i get a distributor and if so what kind? What weight oil and filter should i use?I am new to all of this.
was it just when you put it in reverse that it wouldn't do anything? what happened when you put it in drive? Did it work after you got unstuck or does the truck still not do anything when you try to drive it? I would like to suggest some parts: Ford Racing 9mm plug wires, autolite standard copper plugs, msd cap + rotor, msd blaster tfi coil, K&N drop in air filter, and a K&N Oil Filter, if your gonna do a tune up at some point.
