Would like to thank all the previous posts regarding the P0171 code and the small rubber elbow at the back of the intake. Sure enough, mine was split radially where the boot connected to the intake. Eliminated the rough/low idle and "check engine light". After 8 years and 144K miles, I guess this is to be expected.
