Thumbs up New member

I am new to the FTE, I have seen interesting discussions on various subjects and felt this is the best medium to commuiate among Ford Truck owners about many subjects compared to just writting to newsletters or magazines. I am glad to join this FTE to particate. I am going to be an proud owner of an 2005 Ford F-350 XLT, 4X4, single rear wheel, Supercab, Shortbed, 6.0 V-8 Diesel with the 6 speed ZF manual Transmission in true blue exterior paint and tan interior with captain's chairs. (which is why I call it Blue Dog, which I am calling myself an Blue Dog Driver.) I am located in the Austin, Texas area and is eagar to join the clubs that charter to Powerstrokes and four wheeler owners. So, let the fun begin...

Welcome aboard! You'll find plenty here to keep you busy. There's a whole 6.0 forum and as for clubs... check out the Texas Chapter down near the bottom of the forums list page. Lots of great folks there waiting to meet you and your new truck.

While I have your attention, if you haven't already, please read the FTE Guidelines and the READ FIRST notes in each forum you visit. They'll be a huge help in using the site. Have fun and congrats on the new truck!
