The best I can suggest is to go to the Texas chapter to check with some people there.
We don't have an Louisiana chapter.
New users have to become part of the FTE family to take advantage of FTE's Classifieds.
Q: How does one become an FTE Family member ?
Ans: This involves posting quality replies in the message boards (FTE doesn't allow the mention of anything for sale in the message boards).
You will need at least 25 quality type posts to partake.
