My ABS light has started coming on from time to time. Anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes, maybe every couple of days to two weeks between each incident. The brakes seem fine to me, no difference whatsoever, just this light that comes on from time to time, any ideas? The only thing that was done recently, prior to this, was I flashed the truck with an Excalibrator Multi-Program OBD II Flash Device. Would this have any effect on this? I own a 1999 F-150 4x4 X-Cab.

The ABS light means the ABS system is offline. It has no effect on your normal hydraulic braking. If just means you won't have the benefit of ABS in an emergency.
You can extract to code manually if you have a RABS (Rear only) system. If you have a 4WABS (4 Wheel), you must pull the codes with an ABS-capable OBD-II scanner.
Once you know what the ABS code is, you can direct troubleshooting to the proper area.
Without the code, you'll be left with just checking everything and hoping you get lucky. Since it's an intermittent code, this gets even more fun.
