How much vacuum?
My '86 6.9 is giving me some problems with the cruise control, brake peddle getting harder and auto trans starting to shift later (not smooth anymore). The vacuum seems to be the only thing common to the three problems. I've checked the vacuum with a meter which reads 23 inches. What is normal for this belt driven vacuum pump?
