I believe the heads and cam are the only part that works...if you use the cam you need to flip the distributer around (reverse firing order of a 351)

exhaust manifolds,heads will work, i believe also the water pump, timming cover, valve covers, anything else simular in construction.

No I don't think a 351 crank will work in a 302 block. The journals are larger in a 351. That might only be true for certain years.
As far as the 351 heads on a 302, yes. You will have to do some drilling.
It might be less of a headache to use a 351 computer matched to the 351 cam. I'm sure it would work with speed density.
