No I don't think a 351 crank will work in a 302 block. The journals are larger in a 351. That might only be true for certain years.
As far as the 351 heads on a 302, yes. You will have to do some drilling.
It might be less of a headache to use a 351 computer matched to the 351 cam. I'm sure it would work with speed density.
