New gears compatability

Hey I have a 95 F150 4x4 302 M5 - The thing is it has 33" tires with the stock gears (3.55). I have a feeling my rear end is about to blow anyway with the 141K miles she has on her, so im going to be replacing it with a Ford Racing HD Limited-slip and 4.10's. The front will just get the gears. The thing is the gears say they need 3.92 or numerically higher carriers. Will all this stuff go together or will i have to get a new carrier for the front? Will the 4.10's work with the new limited-slip? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!

I just made a switch from 3.55 to 4.56's. You will need a new carrier for the front. The existing rear carrier should be fine.

I'm getting 4.56's put in my f-150 this weekend... they're supposed to be fine in the 8.8, but like theedge said, i had to buy a new carrier for the dana, i checked about 4.10's thought i might go w/ them instead but you'll still need a new carrier for the dana. How are the 4.56's theedge and what size tires?

I have 33's on my truck, but I have quite a bit of work done to the engine and it likes to run at higher RPMs. If you are going to do any towing or haul a load, the 4.56's are a must with the 33's. I nearly fried my clutch pulling a trailer with my 3.55 gears and 33inch tires.
