Trans temp fues

hey im putting a perma cool transfilter and temp gage on my c6. there is a inline fuse that comes with the kit but the directions say nothing about it. has anyone ever used this kit or do anyone know where it is suposed to go. thanx in advance

Fuse? New to me. I have a remote spin-on filter that's mounted inside the right frame rail, no electrical for a fuse. I'm running thru the radiator cooler then a cooler between the frame rails to a spin on filter then return to the trans. Magnet in the trans and spin on. Please explain more.

Sorry I had a senior moment. Right after your power pick up point you should add a inline fuse that is easy to access and protection. With a cast TCI aluminum pan and cooler a trans oil temp gauge wasn't necessary in my application. The temp probe should be threaded into the pan.
