Its just sittin inside the spot for the radio doesn't look like it was ever connect to something. but there was a aftermarket cd player installed so maybe it was to the radio that came in the bronco

The pic is kinda fuzzy, but I do know that there is an unused connector near the stereo. I am guessing that it was used for trucks that had an extra amplifier from the factory, or perhaps for an add-on tape deck or something along those lines.
my buddies tempo has that same thing. it is a wire harness from when there was the origonal radio in there it had two plugs that were like each half of the now larger plug. I think it relays through the little ford amps that you dont really need.
