I just installed a Tru Cool LPD4590 on my 97 F350. Got it from Makco distb

Around $86 delivered, by UPS within 5 days of order. I installed it next to the factory cooler.

My thoughts were one Tru Cool of the right size for what you are doing is enough. After mine arrived, I posted the question weather to remove the factory one or add Tru cool next to it. seemed the popular opinion was to leave it, so I did. Less work that way,and has to be additional cooling as well.
