Im taking a trip this weekend, about 300 miles one way. My question is this, my plugs have 130K miles on them, seriously. My grandpa has owned the truck since 12K, and I bought it from him. He said he has never replaced them. He has done all the fluid changes on a regular basis, so thats all good, but enough rambling. Should I worry about a plug going out on this trip? It runs just fine right now, with hardly any shuddering at idle (which I hear is pretty normal anyways). I drive an average 40 miles a day with no problems, but Im not sure if the 600 miles in 2 days will be the straw to break the camels back. Do you guys/gals think I shouldnt even worry about this?
Also before you guys start hasslin me (cause I KNOW you will ), I do plan on replacing the plugs in the VERY near future, but the trip is this weekend.

wezol5484, if it were me I would probably change them out due to the milage and have a great worry free trip, or if it aint broke don't fix it and be thinking of it the whole trip or fixing it on the trip. I can say for myself that I will change mine at 60k regardless just as a preventative maintenance. What ever you do have a safe trip. Rich
