???? for PPL that have changed D/P

I have the MBRP, 3.5" D/P 4" dual system. My question is has anyone had a problem matching up to their turbo with a good seal?? I've had mine on since mid December, and all of a sudden its got this shrill squeal. Dealer thought it was a bearing in the turbo so he ordered a new one, and got the truck back today even though it didn't fix the problem. There were signs of exhaust blowby(leak) on half the outlet of the turbo. Could it be a D/P problem? It took 3 1/2 months to start this noise, but yet, even installing the new turbo, the noise is there from the start. Its mainly under light acceleration, and idle. When it cools off, I'm going to see if I can wiggle the clamp any, but its a heavy system, so I'm probably going to have to take it to a shop.

I just did the two-piece 3.5" MBRP DP. I positioned the upper piece first and loosely apply the clamp. I then attached the lower section and did some final positioning adjustments. I tightened up the turbo clamp. No problems yet.

I have noticed a different sound but nothing like you describe.

Yeah? well, thats how we did it too back in December, thought that it matched up.. and it was perfect. Now the last month or so its so shrill, and worse and worse. I just tried taking the clamp off, jacking up the cat, undoing the 2 pc pipe, and repositioning the clamp on the back of the turbo, TWICE and it is just a smidgeon off on the drivers side, and I can't get it to line back up.. so I'm just going to take it up and have them fiddle with it, besides, I also dropped the 7/16" wrench under the turbo.. that my friends is a hard little hole to try to get something out of... its gonna stay there for a while, maybe the shop can get it out when they take the D/P and turbo back off.
