oem 6 disk wont read home burn disk

any ideas why the 6 disk oem wont read some of my copies from the home computer, is it the format R-vs RW or are some disks just not digestable, seems it wont eject the RW without problems also
The store bouggt original cd's work just fine.

I think it can be several things. Whether you use CD-R or CD-RW. The speed you use to burn. The format you are copying. It boils down to the fact that not all players are compatible with all the possible combinations one can come up with when burning a CD.

RW's are slightly pricey to be used as a music CD anyway. Stick with CD-R's for music, they are more compatible than the RW's.

I have read that there is a problem between the 80 min and 72 min disk. The 72 min disk is suppose to work. I do not know why.
