Hey guys, don't critize the Gastapo's emission tests. Just look at the cloud of smog that hangs over Phonix all the way to the Superstitions. If if wasn't for the great job the emissions money is doing the cloud may even be blacker. What is the kicker for this nonsense is the cars that have to go through the crapola every other year still has to pay the yearly rate. They're not concerned with air quality , just money, money, money ..IMO...
