Ok, here we go....
F10JD637070 ( hard for these old eyes to read,)
F10= F-100 2wd
J=240 6 cyl.
D= dallas assy plant
637070= 1965 model year
W.B. 115= 115 inch short box w/b
paint D= code, not listed in my book somebody? can interpert from shop manual? ) I suspect a green color?
Model= F10 is F100
Body code 381= 81 Reg cab (81A)
Trans code F= Warner 4 speed T98A
axle code 09= 9 inch, 3.70 gear ratio ( tag is WDM-C )
5000 GVW
HP = 129 @ 4000 RPM
DSO 75= Phoenix, AZ sales district.
I still need to find a better paint chart as that is a "bone of contention" with some members. I hope this helps.

I think the Paint Code is either "O" or zero, not "D". My shop manual says something like Peacock Blue... does that sound right? My manual didn't have an entry for the DSO@75.
The interior is indeed wicker pattern green vinyl (what little vinyl is left). Also, the steering column and wheel are the same green color.
