fuel pump failure?
My 1999 Ford F350 4x4 with 37500 miles,would not start after shutting it off driving 60 miles at 70mph. It had just over 1/2 tank of fuel outside temperture was 76 degrees and gave no warning at all. Waited couple hours before having it towed to Ford. It tried to start when it first happen; but by the time the tow truck arrived it did nothing but turning over with no sign of starting. Help!

Wow - with no warning it is going to be hard. Did your wait to start come on at all? Should take about 5-10 seconds in warm weather to go out, if engine was cold. If didn't come on at all then look at that system.
