tensioner pully question
does the bolt that holds on the tensioner pully (the spring loaded one) have a left hand thread..i noticed the bearing seems a little stiff when i changed my belt the other day...i want to put a new pully on and just want to be sure...dont have a manual yet...ordered the microtuner though yesterday...cant wait for that!

I am not sure about the threads but when i had to change my tensioner at the dealer ship they changed it to a two pulley tensioner. I had to buy a new belt because the old one didn't fit. The funny thing was i asked if it was a recall . He said no but there was a bulletin out on the fix from ford . Go figure. i Bought the tuner also. you'll love it

microtuner is simply amazing!...so i guess i should have had some sort of tragic story to tell to get the attention of the guru's on this forum...i guess i'll just have to wait cause i dont feel like snapping the bolt off and having more trouble when all i got is a pully that seems a little stiff..not as free wheeling as the ohter tension pully...so thx anyway..
