Well I must just be getting unlucky with that guy. Seems like every single time I have tried to call him it was busy, then the next second he wouldnt answer!
I'd stick with the carb, it sounds powerfull enough. I guess EFI is nicer to start but thats part of the fun. Eh? (when I get my 292 in I'm gonna copy your idea. Normal people video tape their babies first steps, why can't I do that with my 57 Ford)

That's the one, I had the motor redone last summer and the tranny is coming out right away for it's turn on the rebuild bench. Then it's bodywork, all the bondo is starting to crack up!! :-)
