to all the great people I have met/communicated with here, some may be joyous and others I don't know. For the past week I have been unable to receive notices from any post on any thread I have replyed to, I cannot get any help from anywhere, everyone wants to tell me there is nothing wrong at their end to ck with the other end, I am stuck in the middle with nothing. Now that I have whined about it, I will not be keeping up much until someone can give me some help. Thanks for all of your comments, questions, and banter. My yahoo mail address still works if anyone really needs to get me. Later, FF56

One idea you may try.. change what e-mail accout you have your noitices going to.. IE if its a Yahoo one set it to a hotmail one.. I had similer problems on diffrent boards and this is the simples fix I have found.

Notices are sent out during periods of low server loads but that does not delay them more than a few minutes. I get notices myself thru the same system and they come thru within minutes. Yahoo and other "freebie" email systems are not very reliable. Madathlon has a good idea just don't use Hotmail. They are notorious for blocking email from our system.
