56 cab question

56 cab question
A friend has a 56 F-250 and has located a 56 F-350 firetruck that has been somewhat stripped that is free for the taking. We both are aware that as the trucks went up in sizes certain sheetmetal changes were made but we both think that the cabs are most likely the same- are we wrong??
