Logging in problems

Hi guys...anybody having problems with logging in to forums? I KNOW my user name and I KNOW my password....but I sometimes have to try typing it in multiple times before I get on.....keeps telling me incorrect information or something like that.

Any got a quicker way to get around this step? Is there a way to "auto log-in" or something like that?

Thanks in advance.

Mike.

Mike, click on the FTE Support link on the right side of the page and ask there.
Ken or Eric will be able to help.

Maybe have someone watch closely when you type.
I have had the same thing happen and Michelle noticed that even the slightest bit off on key with touch another key enough to have it make a difference.

Also try typing one letter at a time slowly & see if it works okay

Yes, ALL FTE web site questions should be done through the FTE Support line.

Thanks guys....I've tried typing everywhich way and the problem still comes up once and a while....not everytime I log in, but when it happens I have to do it repeatedly until I get in????

Oh well....it is still worth it!

Please let me share my experience with you

One thing I learned before I became an administrator is that anytime there seems to be a flaw in the system,It is because there is maintenance to the web site going on in the background.
It can happen anytime and usually on weekends when most people are working on their projects.
I found the best way to deal with this is to walk away & try again in a couple of hours.
