94 Explorer not Starting

94 Explorer not Starting

My wives 94 Explorer has an itermittent starting problem. When you go to start it and turn the key, everything goes dead, no lights, dash lights, radio, etc... Then if you keep trying, it will just start sometimes sooner then then others. It's happend about 4 times now in a week. I'm not sure where to start looking any suggestions would be helpfull.

Sounds like it's battery related if everything is dead. Start with making sure the battery cables/connections are not corroded.

Thanks for replying marragtop. I went out did just that after I posted and all is well. I guess I shouldn't think the worse when things happen, I feel a little sheepish.
