Well besides acquiring your new tranny/torque converter/flexplate (maybe starter), you will need to get a different driveshaft or modify yours depending on the length of the unit you get. Try to get the transmission cross-brace too as you will need that to support the auto tranny. Also, you will have to cool the trans, so either you will need a different radiator and tranny lines or plumb in a large aftermarket cooler.
You may need to adjust where your NP205 sits on the frame, but not having done that exact conversion, I don't know offhand...
