Question Diesel Stabilizer

What is recommended to put in the fuel tank when storing the 6.0 for extended periods (4-6 months) of time? Will Stanadyne of Power Service prevent biogens from growing in the tank or is something like StaBil that is used in gasoline to be used?

I don't really know what to use but I will be nice and offer to drive your truck and keep fresh diesel in it and park my 5.4. Just thought I would help you out!

Thanks for the offer but only if you'll agree to take the wife and kids too as accessories and I can forewarn you "you will bring the truck back soon because the accessories are too expensive!

To store for 4 months or more, I would go with 4/5 times the recommended amount...it will not hurt it.
I was running 13oz in 44 gallons and leaving it up to 55 days...would have left it longer, but wanted to drive!

I have found that the "accessories" usually cost more over time than just storing the truck. Gonna have to take my offer back.
