What is the difference?
I am trying to find parts for my transmision and not sure what it is. It came out of a '66 galaxie with a 289. I have ruled out it being a C4, and to parts store said it is either a mx or a fmx. So I am trying to find out the difference in these transmisions. If someone could point out a difference in the two I would more than appreciate it! It's driving me nuts.
