1948 f-1 help
I am building a 1948 f-1. I have decided to rebuild the 351m that was given to me as i can make the kind of torque and hp i want. I am going to buy a tremec 5 speed to go in it also. I plan on using this truck for towing my boat and car trailer. My problem is deciding on front end stuff. I have had people tell me different thing. A couple friends told me to put in an ifs from heidts and some have told me that i should us the straight axle. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.

Check out the front suspension technical article by clicking on the TECH ARTICLES link on the right of your screen. I think it was being edited recently and I'm not sure if the whole thing is there yet. If not, there are a couple of members that have copies (electronic and paper) you could get.
