Hello from Pelican!
Hey. My name is Louis Chapman, and I'm from Melbourne FL. You can call me Pelican, boots, Gin, or whatever name seems to fit at the given moment.
I'm a diehard ford fan, and the proud owner of a 1978 F-150 custom 4WD, with a 300 I-6. The poor ol' girl has been neglected for years, but now that it's been passed down to me from my father, I have every intention of restoring it to it's former glory.
I'm a second-year auto tech student in high school, and over the past 6 months, I have put in a new gas tank, new brake lines, new wheel cylinders, a new carb, a new fuel pump, new fuel lines, new filters, new belts, a new radiator with hoses, and even spraypainted my tailgate ford blue. (Hey, don't give me that look! The paint was in the toolbox, and I'm gonna raplace that tailgate ANYWAY, so I thought....)
Anyway, that's me, that's my truck, and that's all you guys need to know for now.
I have every intention of becoming a regular here, so long as I get the chance.

Becoming a regular? Ive already participated in 3 or 4 threads tonight you were a part of, you sound like a GREAT addition to the family.....thats what this place is after all.
