Timing help on a '85 E150 5.0

Timing help on a '85 E150 5.0
Hello all.
I just got done puting a dual roller timing chain in my mothers E150 a short while ago. I had to turn the dist to get to one of the timing chain cover bolts and now I can`t seem to get it back in time
. I have a timing light but my chiltons manual don`t have the timing specs for that year of van 
. We can`t go pick up the new boat she just got untill I get this thing back on the road so I`m very thankfull for any and all help
