anybody want to shed some light for me on what is so great about the extra resevior shocks. I see them more and more on the street on lifted trucks and in the magazines. All I can tell so far is that they are way more expensive. Thanks

Yep, that about sums it up. Resevoir shocks typically have a the ability to allow far more travel, in part because the fluid can go into the resevoir when the shock is compressed. 99.9% of the trucks you see with them don't have near enough suspension capability to ever use the extra travel. For most of them it's one more expensive accessory that they don't need but "looks cool".
