Coolant flush/change

best way depends on how bad you think it is. if its just time for it, you should flush it with a flush tee in one direction until it flows clear with engine running, problem is it usually won't get warm enough to open therm. so I remove the thermostat first flush it out then replace with new thermostat. takes 15 qts w/o a/c, 16 qts w a/c, and 17 qts with a/c and super cooling
