hi guy's got a 1990 ford bronco i am having a world of trouble i just put a new motor in her in december of last year been driving it everyday since and here's my problem my wife too it one day for a short ride less than a mile truck did not restart after shutting it off had a towing company that i used to work for jump it didnt work bought a new starter not it new solinoid not it replaced both positive cables not it new ground not it prblem is i can't now figure out what is wrong i also had an alarm with starter kill took it out thinkin maybe starter kill havin issues not it someone please tell me where i am going wrong have worked on trucks for years this is blowing my mind

If it has cranking issues the first thing to check is the wiring, especially the chassis to block grounds. This was the issue that led me to this great forum. I had replaced the starter, battery, and cables with no luck. On the advice of a friend, checked the ground cables (flat braided, covered with plastic) and found the one from the passenger side fire wall to the engine loose at the engine. Two turns with a socket and not a problem since. I hope someone benefits from my work as I took the starter back twice and the battery once and got replacements.
