Just wanted to see when you guys change your oil, and whether your intervals are with syn, or dino oil. Thanks

Maintenance guide states...... 6 months or 5000 miles or 8000 KM and I use Dino and a PSD filter.

80 percent of my driving falls under severe driving conditions.
Either I am making short trips or hauling or towing heavy loads.
I change mine at 3000 miles with either dino or synthetic.
Soot levels do not change because of the type of oil you use.
And I also use the Fleetguard LF 3630 two quart oil filter. (PS type filter)

2500-3000 miles, but I dont drive it much so I will probably average no more than 2 oil changes a year. I use Rotella 5w-40 Synthetic Oil and a FL1995 filter
