Audiophile Trub?

Audiophile Trub?
I had a strange thing happen today with my audiophile radio. I was listening to a cd when the radio switched over to an am radio station.
I pushed the cd button and the cd started playing again, within 20 seconds it switched back to the am radio.
I tried 3 or 4 more cd to see if the cd was bad and they all did the same thing so I am getting mad thinking my audiophile system was going on the fritz.
After some thought, I noticed that it always switched back to the am station with the traffic notice on. I started oplaying with the buttons and turned the traffic alert off and the cd played fine.
My guess is that the am radio station had triggered the traffic alert on thier station and if a station sends out an alert it is SUPPOSE to cut in to tell you of the problem with traffic.
So just a heads up to all that your cd player is not broke if this happens, just turn off the traffic alert feature. This system is used a lot in Europe but has not caught on her so I had forgotten I had it turned on.
