Have a 99' Powerstroke and want to get better fuel economy (doesn't everybody today) What would be the best things to get in order to increase MPG. Cold air intake? Tuner? Exhaust? Anything?

Keep the rpms under 2K and only drive as needed.

I know, it sucks, but it's that simple.

Yeah....lighter right foot works best. Of course keeping your maintenance items up to date (especially that air filter) helps too.........

A tuner is good for a 2-3 mpg gain....but it's awful hard keeping your foot off the go pedal .
