Figured out my idle problem

On my 86 150 5.0 I had a throddle sticking and high problem. I found that the pivit point was sticking. disconnected the rod that between the throttle plate shaft and the pivit plate. The throttle shaft moved smoothly and the spring snapped it back good. I went to the pivit point and it didn't move very well. I removed the E-clip too the plate &hub off the shaft and thought the shaft was all gummed up but to my suprise it has a plastic bushing or coating on the shaft. I cleaned the hub up good and cleandedup the shaft w/ some emery paper.Put a light of oil on it and it works great!! One thing I notice is that I started it with out the idle speed motor it idled low but smooth. When I hooked up the idle motor it brought the idle to the correct speed but the idle bounces a little. Like between 800to1000 RPM in park. Also when you put it in gear the RPM's increase. Is it a bad Idle motor? Any thoughts?? All I know It's good to be driving my truck again
