94 3.0 Ranger noisy engine
Lately I have noticed a valve rattling(?) accompanied by
exhaust smoke when traveling highway speed and then
slowing down. Seems to clear up OK. Does not seem to
happen on local streets. Scary when it happens.
I put an additive in the oil, but that has done nothing.
Any suggestions on what to try, short of a Ford dealer?
