351m Valve adjusting Procedure

well its been a while since i touched my ford, its sat in the weeds for about 4 years now. i was wondering how to adjust the valves. (I'm about to say a bad word, sorry) is it like a chevy?? just twist the rods until little pressure is applied then turn an additional 90 degrees?? any help would be appreciated

They're probably pedestal rockers like my 351M. They require no adjustment; you just torque them to 25 ft lbs. If noisy; look to new lifters and pushrods
