no the maf is fine
but i think i found a posible problem .
my alternator is only pulling 71 amps its rated to pull
95 amps the volts are at 14.
what do you think?

I dont think a possible alternator problem is going to cause your engine to spark knock . The alt output should be 12 to 14V regardless of the amperage . This is a 300 , correct ? The Knock Sensor is located left , front lower end of the block , its kinda hard to get to , if you remove the coil it should be visible & accessible .
