Hello everyone, I just recently purchased a 1981 Bronco XLT. It only came with an ignition key that did not fit the doors. I bought new locks and keys for the doors, after putting them in the passenger side works fine but the drivers side doesn't want to lock . It is like something is binding. I really don't care if the electric door locks work or not, I just want to be able to lock it. What may cause this, someone said it may be a seized actuator and to take the rod off. Would this cause the problem and if so how does the rod come off the actuator? I appreciate any help you guys can offer.
