Talking Hello Guys

I just bought a 1995 ford ranger ext. cab 4x4 v-6. Now i want to put a lift kit on it now. There are 2 kinds there are suspension lift kits and body lift kits. does any one know which one is better. thanks for replying

IMO suspension lifts are better, but body lifts are cheaper. Body lifts raise the body of your truck off of it's frame to allow larger tires, whereas a suspension lift will allow further wheel travel and larger tires. I personally would get a suspension lift. When you raise the body, you get an unsightly gap between the frame and be cab. IMO, it's not pretty but how visible it is depends on how much body lift you get. Then there is the issue of the gap between the bumpers and the body. Cheap body lift kits just might not give you brackets to raise the bumpers.
