Talking Floor mats etc ?

I want to order the black polyvinyl floor covering for my 78 from LMC they want $140 and $30 for the insluation and $25 S&H I also need the driverside headlight bucket and the screws that hold it in for both sides(both buckets) They have the round bucket for $19 but I don't see the screws anywhere and I think I need a total of 6 3per side

Is the parts that I'm looking at LMC of decent quaility and where do I get the screws.
Thanks
Dustin

Back in 2003 when I did the restoration on my 77 short box, I used many part's from LMC and I am very happy with quality, fit and finish of the products I received from them. I bought nearly $2,500 worth of part's too, like most all of the chrome, carpet, headlights, weather striping, cargo tie downs for the box side, mirrors, etc... I have and would order from them again!

As for the headlight door screws, you may be able to ask the order specialist when you call to place your order and they might have some stock of hardware that they do not have listed on there site or in the catalog. I have had very good luck finding small hardware items such as screw's at the scrap yard's and they usually don't charge too much. -Ed

I put the exact floor covering in my 76 f150 4x4 less than a month ago. The problem I had was the covering was cut oversize by about 6 inches so I had to carefully measure where my shifters for the trans and tranfer case are. It ended up a good install except I measured wrong for the dimmer. Overall I think if you have a 2wd automatic it would be real easy, but for me with all the measuring I would have to say time wise it took about 3 hours. I just wish they could get the length & width pre trimmed.

Mine had no cut outs at all. The only thing I had to go by was the way it was molded to the floor pan. I am pretty sure we are talking about the same thing as I got mine from lmc and with shipping it was 163.00. I remember in the catalog it said some trimming required but to me it was a little more than some. If you take your time and measure carefully it should come out fine. Thats the fun in do it your self.
