Yes...
IF he has the v6 tranny, mounts, any sort of engine harness and computer.
If the radiator hoses line up right, he can keep the I4 radiator, if it is even different.
Anyway, look at a I4 and v6 Yota side-by-side. Same rig, so of course it will bolt in. With the proper supporting parts.
