89 to newer front end
I have an 89 F150 and I was wondering if the hood, fenders, ect.. from a newer year truck (93-96) would fit. and if they would fit, do I need to change anything besides the hood, fenders, lights and grill?

Radiator/core support. Not sure about bumper mounts. Might have to fab them(you do on 80-86's). Maybe filler panel between hood and winshield. With the core support change everything else should bolt on. The 80-86 years also have a slightly different setup for the bottom rear fender bolts, not sure on your year, but that's a minor thing anyway.
