Swapping out tow mirror
My manual telescopic tow mirror on driver side was damaged badly and I'm looking to replace it. I can get a real good deal on a power mirror which I really don't have the need to hook up, I am fine using it as a manual if no complications. Does anyone know if a power mirror differs in any way as far as making manual adjustments. The mounting hookups seem to be the same from photos I see I just want to know that if I snip off the electrical connection can I adjust it manually. Thanks in advance guys. I'm pretty sure you can adjust it manually. To double check find an electrically operated mirror and manually adjust to comfirm.
I have electric and if they get out of adjustment, I just manually adjust until they are in range for the electric to operate.
