suspension banging

i have a 1995 F250 XLT, 2wd, 460 EFI V8, and i was wondering if any of you knew what might cause a banging noise in the suspension. whenever the front wheels move up and down there is a loud banging noise that is very distinct and can be felt through the floor.

Could be as simple as a loose shock bolt.Possibly something more,broken spring,radius arm bushings,balljoints,etc.

It could the control arm under the cab. the mount might be bad

allowing the arm to move back and forth.

I am having the problem with the radius arm bushing. This is the second one.
